Utility Energy Programs and Incentives
VaCom is an active teaming partner with utility programs that
reward energy efficiency, with some rebates possible up to 50% of the total
project cost. In California, VaCom works with individual programs offered
by each utility.
If your facility is in the Southern California Edison
territory, we have significant rebates available through the
Industrial Refrigeration Efficiency Program
(IREP). Click the link on the left for more details.
If your facility is in the Pacific Gas & Electric
territory, we have significant rebates available through the
Industrial Refrigeration Performance Plus
program (IRPP). Click on the PG&E link on the left for

In addition,
many California utilities have joined together in a program called
"Savings by Design" to offer financial incentives for
refrigeration efficiency construction. VaCom has been selected to help
implement the Savings by Design program in the supermarket and industrial refrigeration industry
segments.
