Directors and Key Personnel

VaCom has over 25 employees who are dedicated to delivering superior customer service to our clients. Our directors include our three founders:

	Our President and founder, Doug Scott, has more than 30 years of experience in the Refrigeration Industry, serving in service, design, and management roles prior to founding VaCom in 1992. Doug graduated in 1975 from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
	Cindy Scott is the Chief Financial Officer of VaCom. Cindy is a CPA who served in public practice for 15 years before joining VaCom. Cindy graduated from the Utah State University in 1976.
	John Morris is a co-founder and director of VaCom. He retired from Accenture, Ltd, after serving 28 years in the manufacturing, communications, and high technology industries. John served as Accenture's global managing partner for alliances and the Microsoft technology practice for several years prior to his retirement. John received his MBA from Northwestern University and is an inactive CPA.
