Industrial Refrigeration Control

VaCom provides a complete control solution for large refrigerated facilities, combining the required power controls, electronic controls and control software to accomplish the required objectives.   We prefer to use the Opto22 hardware and software platform as the base for our software-based control algorithms for energy efficiency and plant management.  The system is flexible and scalable to meet individual site requirements and is delivered as an "open" system, along with variable drives and UL power panel integration.  Our engineers also have programming and implementation experience with a wide range of packaged industrial control devices, including LonWorks, Allen Bradley, ComTrol, and others.  See our preferred components and examples under the refrigeration systems link.

Packaged Control Solutions  

VaCom offers pre-configured control panels which are tailored for specific applications such as power monitoring, lighting control, battery charging, or the heat rejection component of a refrigeration system.  Echelon's LonWorks products form the preferred platform for most of these solutions.   Click on the packaged control link on the left for more details. 

Custom Panels

Our 18,724 square foot facility enables VaCom to pre-fabricate custom control panels which can be programmed precisely for your industrial control application. VaCom offers a suite of industrial refrigeration control and human interface applications.
